Jaegar Wargnier
Property Manager
Jaegar Wargnier is an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in sales, having spent 9 years in the industry before transitioning into property management. With 3 years of experience in property management, Jaegar has developed a deep understanding of both the real estate market and client service, earning a reputation for delivering outstanding results and ensuring clients find their ideal homes. His expertise lies in fostering long-term relationships, addressing client needs, and expertly managing properties to maximize both value and satisfaction.
Before his career in property management, Jaegar thrived in sales, where he garnered numerous accolades, including Rookie of the Year and Top Sales of the Year. He is certified in several industry-standard sales systems, further enhancing his ability to provide exceptional service and exceed expectations. Jaegar’s commitment to helping others is evident not only in his professional accomplishments but also in his personal philosophy—he takes pride in getting clients into their "forever homes" and sharing his deep knowledge of Washington State.
Originally from Olympia, Washington, Jaegar is passionate about his home state and enjoys introducing newcomers to all it has to offer. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, traveling, shopping, camping, and horse riding, particularly barrel racing. His dedication to personal growth, alongside his professional achievements, makes him a well-rounded and trusted resource for those seeking a reliable and personable property manager.
Luis Munoz
Maintenance Lead
Luis Munoz is a licensed, insured, and bonded contractor with over 32 years of experience in all facets of construction. Specializing in ground-up builds, Luis is adept at managing projects from conception to the finest detail, ensuring every aspect of a job is completed to the highest standard. He has worked with eight different homebuilders on million-dollar homes, and his expertise has allowed him to grow his own business, leading crews of 30+ professionals while fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues.
Luis’s skill set goes beyond construction; he’s known for his excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and deep knowledge of the industry. His extensive experience spans multiple states, including Washington, California, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, Utah, and Oregon.
When not on the job, Luis enjoys spending time with his family, often camping in the great outdoors. He’s also passionate about Harley-Davidson motorcycles and enjoys riding whenever he can. In his downtime, he’s an avid drummer, always making time for his love of music.
Rachel King
Leasing Specialist
Rachel King is the expert leasing specialist for M Property Management. With a passion for creating positive client experiences, Rachel is dedicated to helping clients find the perfect home while contributing to the company’s growth and success. She brings a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys camping and fishing with her family, as well as exploring new destinations through travel. A proud mom of two—a daughter and a son—she cherishes spending quality time with her loved ones. Married for 11 years to Trevor King, who has worked with Nick McLean for the past decade, Rachel is excited to bring her energy and enthusiasm to the M Property Management team and looks forward to building lasting relationships with clients and the community.
