If a tenant is not satisfied with the condition of the property as viewed prior to lease signing, the tenant may request and be granted a lease cancellation and in turn receive a full refund of their security deposit, rent, animal fees, lease preparation fee, risk mitigation fee, and application fee. With that, the tenant should turn in all keys and electronic devices to M Property Management and vacate the property.

M Property Management offers a Guarantee that if any damages to your property above normal  wear and tear are incurred due to a tenant, we will repair or reimburse you for those damages.
